Open to legal residents of the United States, District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who, at the time of entry, are physically located and living in the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least 21 years old, and have a valid U.S. or Canadian motorcycle driver's license. Void in Quebec and where prohibited. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) persons who, since November 1, 2011, were or are employees of Polaris Industries Inc. or The Integer Group®, LLC; their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, or dealers; or the service agencies of any of the above organizations; (b) individuals engaged in the development of, the production or distribution of materials for, or the implementation of this sweepstakes; or (c) employees of, persons in the immediate family of, or persons living in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories. For the purpose of this sweepstakes, immediate family members are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children, and grandchildren. Sweepstakes begins at or about 8:00 a.m., Central time (CT), on January 3, 2012, and ends at 11:59 p.m., CT, on February 24, 2012 ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device for this promotion.

2. HOW TO ENTER.

There are two ways to enter: 1) go online at http://www.polarisindustries.com/en-us/victory-motorcycles/test-ride/pages/overview.aspx (U.S.) or http://www.polarisindustries.com/en-ca/victory-motorcycles/test-ride/pages/overview.aspx (CAN) during the Promotional Period and follow the instructions to sign up for a future Victory Motorcycle® test drive and enter the sweepstakes; or 2) visit a participating Victory® dealer to test drive a Victory® motorcycle or sign up for a future test drive to then be entered into the sweepstakes at the dealer. The test drive may be cancelled at any time without affecting the validity of your entry. To enter the sweepstakes, either you or a dealer representative will need to complete the information requested in the information fields (full name; ZIP or Postal code; daytime phone number, including area code; and email address). Regardless of the age allowed to test drive a motorcycle, only consumers who are at least 21 years older will be eligible to enter the sweepstakes. When the entry is complete, click Submit Entry (once submitted, entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified). Limit of one entry per person or email address. You may enter the sweepstakes under one name and one email address only. Enter using only an email address subscribed to and registered in your name. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., CT, on February 24, 2012. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The authorized email account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet-access provider, online-service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple entries per person/email address or any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes-entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. 3. DRAWING, PRIZE, AND ODDS OF WINNING.

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing, from all eligible entries received, on or about February 25, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., CT, in Clear Lake, MN, U.S.A. GRAND PRIZE (2): A trip for winner only to Daytona Beach, FL, during Daytona Beach Bike Week 2012, a meet and greet with R. Lee Ermey, "The Gunny," and the opportunity to ride a Victory® motorcycle during a scheduled demonstration ride. ARV: $2,500 USD/$2,560 CAN. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,000 USD/$5,120 CAN. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner only from a major commercial U.S. or Canadian airport near winner's home to or near Daytona, FL, departing March 15, 2012 and returning March 17, 2012 (or other dates specified by Sponsor), two (2) nights' lodging (one room, standard accommodations), and $500US/$512CAN check that winner can use for meals, rental car (winner must make his/her own rental car arrangements), admission to any events, and any other incidentals. Winner will also get the opportunity, at Sponsor's absolute discretion and subject to his schedule, to meet R. Lee Ermey, "The Gunny," and the opportunity to ride a Victory® motorcycle during scheduled demonstration rides (dates and times to be determined by Sponsor). If, for any reason, the meet-and-greet and/or demonstration ride is canceled, the winner will not be compensated in any way, and the Grand Prize will consist solely of the remaining prize elements. Important Notice: Winner will be responsible for all gratuities, meals, ground transportation not specified, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these rules. Winner must travel on the dates set forth by Sponsor, or prize package will be forfeited in its entirety. All travel arrangements must be made with Sponsor's travel agent. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. If a winner lives within a 200-mile radius of the hotel designated by Sponsor, prize will not include the air-transportation portion. Motorcycle demonstration ride may be canceled in case of weather-related or other issues, at Sponsor's discretion. Winner must possess and provide proof of valid U.S. or Canadian motorcycle driver's license during the duration of the trip. Canadian winner must possess a valid passport prior to travel into the United States. Sponsor will select the make, model, and color of the Victory motorcycle for the winner to ride. The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of an independent judging agency whose decisions are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these Complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judging organization. Any depiction of motorcycles in advertising or promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual motorcycle the winner rides.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS.

Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by phone or email (at Sponsor's sole discretion) and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Publicity and Liability (for U.S. residents) or a Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Publicity Liability (for Canadian residents), where legal, as well as a Polaris Industries Ride Application and Waiver Form, and show proof of a valid U.S. or Canadian motorcycle license, within three days of notification. To be declared a winner and awarded a prize, potential Canadian winners must correctly answer, within a limited time period, unaided, a mathematical skills-testing question to be administered by telephone (at a mutually convenient time), in writing, or by e-mail. In the event of noncompliance, if a potential Grand Prize winner cannot be reached at the phone or email address on his/her entry within two attempts in a 24-hour period, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable for whatever reason beyond the control of Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected if time permits. If a winner cannot be confirmed by March 5, 2012, the Grand Prize will not be awarded due to lack of time prior to Daytona Beach Bike Week 2012. No substitution or transfer, in whole or in part, of any prizes will be offered. Sponsor reserves the sole right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit of one prize per person or per household address. Winner is solely responsible for any local, state, provincial, territorial, and/or federal taxes and any other fees and/or costs incurred in claiming and/or using the prize. By participating and by accepting a prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to Sponsor (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use-worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the Internet and World Wide Web-at any time(s), the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness (as is or as all may be edited, altered, or cropped), information, and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

All entrants agree to hold harmless and release Polaris Industries Inc. and The Integer Group, LLC; their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, and employees; and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes from any and all alleged and/or actual actions, demands, losses, settlements (whether or not litigation is commenced), claims, damages, and liability whatsoever, existing now or in the future, with respect to or in any way arising from this sweepstakes or participation in any sweepstakes-related activity and/or delivery/misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. Without limitation, the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, and the sweepstakes judges will not be liable for any failure of the website during the sweepstakes; for any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software; for the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, or the sweepstakes judges for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination of the above. Further, the Sponsor, its advertising or promotion agencies, and the sweepstakes judges will not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in the sweepstakes. Only the stated number of prizes set forth in these Complete Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to, but without limitation, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, human or other error, technical failures, force majeure, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes and to draw a winner at random from all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

6. DISPUTES.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF MINNESOTA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT-OF-LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Minnesota having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
