Riders who purchase a new Victory Motorcycle receive VRA benefits free for one year, and they can then renew their memberships for $35.00 (U.S) per year. Victory owners who purchased their bikes prior to the beginning of this program can receive all the new VRA benefits for $35.00 (U.S.) per year.
