Motorcyclists looking for tips on great riding routes in scenic Pennsylvania can get great advice from Victory Rider Brad Morgan.

He is the author of “Motorcycle Touring in Pennsylvania, a blog for motorcycle touring enthusiasts by Brad Morgan of Carlisle.” The blog is based on Brad’s experiences criss-crossing the state’s most scenic byways on his super-comfortable Kingpin custom.

You’ll find Brad’s blog HERE.

“As for my scoot,” he told the Victory Buzz, “it's a 2004 Kingpin that I have been taking on a test ride now for well over 70,000 miles... I suppose I will keep it. ;)

“Upgrades and add-ons are too numerous to mention but the most significant are:

In the Performance/Safety category: Stage 1 Kit, Avon radials, Penske rear shock, 10-wt front fork and PIAA 1100x driving lights.

“For comfort: Mustang seat with backrest, Kuryakyn Kighway Pegs, Kury ISO grips and Mini-Std windshield.

“My dealer is Motor-Vation in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Dixie and her crew are probably the best in the fleet – I'm just say'n. Also, I don't want to brag – but i will – I just barely won the Motorvation mileage contest [last] summer by the skin of my teeth, sliding in just a few miles ahead that beast, Bill Thomas, who rides a Vegas Jackpot, no less!”

FYI, here is the complete list of winners in Motor-Vation’s 2009 Mileage contest. Congrats to all the winners.
