Victory Motorcycles has always known that getting riders to take our bikes for a test ride is the best way to sell them.  That is why we have kicked off our “Ride One and You’ll Own One” campaign.  We have partnered with Gunnery Sergeant R. Lee Ermey to help get the word out in his own special way, starting at the heart of motorcycling, the Sturgis motorcycle rally.

Victory also has strong ties to the military, so for this campaign, Victory is partnering with the Wounded Warrior Project, a non-profit U.S. military program that raises funds and awareness for injured service members.  They play a big role with helping our troops heal and provide programs to meet their individual needs.

For every test ride completed from July, 2011 to June, 2012, Victory will make a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project.  This gives riders the ability to support the military – specifically our wounded troops, while enjoying a test ride on a Victory.  Each rider will receive a Test Ride Challenge pin, and will be invited to fill out an “I Donated” donation card, which will be used in the dealerships to spread the word that the rider contributed to a noble cause.

We are encouraging all Victory riders to bring their friends to their local dealers to try a Victory.  You have all been recruited!

Demo bikes will have Test Ride magnets on the tanks, and each test rider will receive a Victory Test Ride Challenge pin, and are encouraged to fill out the Wounded Warrior donation card.

Polaris Industries Inc. will donate $1 to the Wounded Warrior Project for every Victory test ride completed by June 2012, up to $100,000.
