Yes, there are lots of great plates on Victory Motorcycles and we’ll be presenting them daily on the VRA Page of the Victory Website.
Here is one of them.
Jim Jorden of Lexington Park, Maryland, wrote to say:
“Attached are 2 pics. The first is for GR8 PL8S. My son got this tag for me in 1996, the week before he was killed. He must have known it would be perfect for my ‘06 8-Ball.
“The second pic is riding the Dragon at the VMC ‘Meet In The Mountains’ at Cherokee, N.C., three weeks after I made my first cross-country trip from Southern Maryland to Idaho to visit a friend. [I rode] 6,001 miles in 16 days. The cross-country trip was my 61st birthday present from my wife.
“Owned 14 bikes since 1971, at least one of almost every brand, logged over 258,000 highway miles, currently have over 19,000 on the 8B and lovin’ every minute of it.
“The Victory is my favorite ride of them all, barely edging out my ‘96 Buell S2T, probably because [I just turned] 62. ;o)
“Look forward to every issue [of Victory Rider]. Keep up the good work.”
