During the Sturgis rally, Joe Farnel was at the Victory Lunch at Rice Victory in Rapid City, S.D.
Joe is from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, and he has a nicely customized 2008 Hammer he had ridden to Sturgis.
Among his riding mates was Scott Jorgenson. Scott and his wife Kelly have a 10th Anniversary Victory Vision, which Scott rode to Sturgis.
Joe is married to Kelly’s sister Robin, making Joe and Kelly in-laws.
