1. What is the Victory Riders Association?
Victory Riders Association is the official rider's group for Victory Owners.
2. Where do I get information about the program?
You can log onto www.victorymotorcycles.com to get more information about the program.
3. How do I join the Victory Riders Association?
Riders who purchase a new Victory Motorcycle receive a free one-year VRA membership from the date of purchase. If you purchased your Victory Motorcycle prior to the origination of the VRA benefits in 2004 or purchased a used Victory Motorcycle, you can become a VRA member by calling Road America at: 1-800-809-5935.
4. How much does it cost?
Riders who purchase a new Victory Motorcycle receive VRA benefits free for one year, then can renew their memberships for $35.00 (U.S) per year. Victory owners who purchased their bikes prior to this program can receive all the new VRA benefits for $35.00 (U.S.) per year.
5. What is included in the membership?
• 12 months of 24-hour emergency roadside assistance throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico
• Four quarterly issues of Victory Rider magazine, the official publication of the VRA
• Access to the official VRA website at www.victorymotorcycles.com
• Up to 30% discounts on car rental and hotel accommodations throughout North America
• VIP access at select national events including Daytona Bike Week and Sturgis
• Online listings of scheduled local rides and regional rallies
• A personalized VRA membership card and special VRA lapel pin
6. How do I find out about events?
The best way to stay informed about Victory Rides is to log onto www.victorymotorcycles.com and review the list of rides, bike nights, etc. under the "Events" schedule. Please note to adjust the mileage appropriately online to reflect events in your area.
7. Who do I contact if I need Roadside Assistance?
If you an enrolled in the Roadside Assistance program, you can contact the toll free number on your membership card.
8. I renewed my Roadside Assistance and didn't get confirmation. Who do I contact?
You can contact 1-800-809-5935 to inquire about confirmation.
9. I lost my card. Who do I contact for a new one?
You can contact 1-888-704-8290 to request a new card.
10. How do I find out about VRA activities at Sturgis and Daytona Bike Week?
All such events are announced on the events calendar located at www.victorymotorcycles.com. The calendar will keep you up to date about the parties and other events.
11. How many bikes are covered under my policy?
One. All policies are bike specific, so every Victory you own will have its own policy.
