Evan Engelhardt: ‘We Use Our RANGER Hard! And it Gets Us There!’
The RANGERs used by the White Walnut Farms staff.
Dear Polaris,
We own a 2,500-acre farm in southern Illinois and currently own two Polaris RANGERs. We use them daily to get across the property.

The RANGER is preferred because with its light weight, it does not increase soil compaction while driving across fields the way a pickup will. These RANGERs are abused pulling [big] loads… and they never quit – they keep powering through.

Only got one RANGER stuck but that was just playing around somewhere we shouldn't have been. (In a lake bottom.)

Recently we made a road trip to Buffalo, Wyoming, and hauled the RANGER all the way there. In Wyoming we were at a 5,000-acre ranch in the Bighorn Mountains.

The climate changed, including mountains, altitude and lots of rocks. I did not doubt that with fuel injection on our XP, it would fire right up and it did.

The RANGER powered through the deepest creeks, the rockiest trails and the steepest hills.

I have driven other utility vehicles and the RANGER is far superior to the others. The farm could not operate as efficiently and as productively as it does without the Polaris RANGER.

Thanks,
– Evan Engelhardt
