The RANGER RZR dominated the side-by-side podium in the September 27-28 WORCS Racing event at Milford, California, and ATV racer Angela Butler won her seventh-straight event to sew up the season points title. The racing, Round 7 of the WORCS schedule, was held at the Honey Lake Motocross Park.
In the Rhino Mod class (which needs a new name) at Milford, RZR racer Mark Holz of Holz racing took first, followed by Nick Nelson in second and Doug Eichner in third. In the season points race, Eichner of El Cajon, California, leads with 109 points, Holz of Lynden, Washington, is third with 81 points and Nelson of Theachapi, California, is tied for 13th after earning 18 points in his only race so far this season.
Butler Continues to Fly With her win at Milford, Angela Butler has won all seven Women’s A ATV races so far on the WORCS schedule. She has 147 points while the second-place racer has 118. Butler has also been competing in the Pro-Am ATV class and is sixth in points after finishing sixth at Milford.
Round 8 of the WORCS season – the season finale – is scheduled for October 24-26 at Taft, California.
