GENERAL SALES INFORMATION
There are many ways to procure Polaris vehicles by military or government procurement. Below is a list to assist your unit or organization in procurement of Polaris products.
Direct Contracting: Polaris Defense will assist by providing information for our vehicles to assist you in your contract development. Documentation you may need:
- Polaris Quote: Contact us by email or our toll free number. Tell us what you are looking for in terms of a vehicle’s performance or load carrying capability. Describe some of the most likely mission sets you believe the vehicle will be used for such as: Tactical, Admin, Casualty evacuation etc.
- Requirements: Polaris Defense can assist in providing justification material for our vehicles to aid with your request and procurement process.
- Technical Data: Technical documentation is available for each vehicle. This will help to differentiate our machines from our competitors, thus helping you to select our machines by item. This information is available upon request. To receive the document that you need, contact us and we will provide it.

SHIPPINGPolaris Defense can deliver direct to your continental US location as well as arrange for shipment to units overseas.
Please keep in mind that there are no extra delivery charges for your vehicles when shipped anywhere within the continental United States.
- Ship to your domestic location: Polaris will deliver the vehicles to your home base and your rear detachment personnel forward it to your location. This method avoids expensive shipping charges and provides the most control to you by allowing your unit to handle the shipping method and any special handling instructions.
- Freight Forwarder: Polaris ships to an authorized military freight forwarder at a Defense Distribution Depot. The Depot then ships to your location. This method avoids expensive shipping charges. Note: If you specify a non-government freight forwarder there are additional charges for crating, handling, and shipping.
- Direct Overseas Shipment: Polaris ships directly to your location via DHL, Federal Express or other freight forwarder based on your location. This method adds charges for crating, handling, and shipping.
