For 2010 Polaris is offering an industry leading contingency program for the top seven recognized racing series in North America.
This program offers contingency dollars for racers who compete in the top of their classes and meet Polaris ATV Contingency
Program eligibility requirements listed below. If you meet these requirements, complete sections A–D of the 2010 Enrollment Form
to enroll in the Polaris ATV Contingency Program. Send or fax all completed sections of the 2010 Enrollment Form to the address or
number on the bottom of page 2 to be eligible for the Polaris ATV Contingency. See 2010 Contingency Claim Form for contingency

Polaris Industries is very saddened to hear about the sudden death of John Gallagher Senior. John was an intergral part of the GNCC Polaris
Racing team from 2006 to 2009. His can-do attitude and his passion for the sport made him a true competitor and role model. Our condolences
go out to his family. He will be sorely missed.
