Electrical:

Chassis:
Frame, Subframe, frame support, seat frame, pegs, mounts. |
Fuel System:
Throttle assembly, fuel delivery pump; fuel injectors and fuel injection metering system; fuel tank; petcock; fuel lines and fittings (metal only); throttle bodies, fuel rail, throttle cable, filler neck, gas cap, check valve, diaphragms; springs; valves and actuating lever. All seals and gaskets. |
Engine:
Engine block, engine cases, cylinder head, all internally lubricated parts contained within the engine, including: pistons; piston sleeves; piston rings and pins; crankshaft and main bearings; connecting rods and rod bearings; camshaft and bearings; lifters; rocker arms, rocker arm shafts; pushrods; valves; valve springs, guides and seats; rotary valve; starter drive, oil tank, and oil pump; balance shaft; balance shaft bearings, balance shaft gears, chains. Front and Rear Suspension:
Fork tubes, all internally lubricated parts contained within the front fork tubes and front hub; shocks, mounts, swing arm linkage, springs, adjusters, valves, adjusters; coil springs swing arm bearings or bushings; front and rear wheel bearings; frame swing arm; wheels; and spindles. All seals and gaskets. |

Transmission:
Transmission case, clutch cover, all internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case, to include: all gears; bearings; internal drive gears; internal selector mechanism, and transmission mounts, shifter assembly, clutch lever assembly, drive mode selector assembly (clutch friction discs are excluded.) All seals and gaskets. |
Steering:
Upper and lower steering stem bearings and bushings; axle; steering stem; triple trees, handle bar and mounts; steering stem shaft, nut and lock. |
Primary Drive:
Primary drive case, all internally lubricated parts contained within the primary drive case, to include (except clutch and hub assemblies): all gears; bearings; internal drive gears and chains; internal selector mechanism. All seals and gaskets. |
Brakes:
Front and rear Master cylinder assemblies; brake reservoir, brake lever and actuator assemblies, parking brake assembly, brake backing plates; brake hubs; disc calipers and mounts; caliper pistons, hydraulic lines and fittings, drum brake actuating cam, and securing hardware. (Brake shoes and disc brake pads are not covered at anytime.) All seals and gaskets. |
Cooling System:
Oil cooler, cooling sensors, cooling relays, mounting brackets, water pump and impeller shaft. |
